Hey!There
Yes,it will create trouble during counseling if you want to use improved 12th boards results.If you want go with previous year boards results then it's OK as you have selected appearing during form filling.You should aware about this facts that 12th boards results is just an elligibility criteria for getting admission in NITs.If your previous year boards is enough to comes under elligibility criteria then there is nothing to worry.
If you want use improved board results then you still you have one chance.You can use it in April session of JEE MAINS..
