The Tamil Nadu Common Admission (TANCA) is for the admission to postgraduate programs, Also the admissions are given to the candidates who have a valid score card of GATE or TANCENT .

So since your GATE marks are 24 which is not a valid score you must try for TANCA admissions through TANCENT score.
