There is nothing to worry about it. You can make changes whenever you fill the mains form for April session. You can make required changes then. No need to apply as a new candidate. Your school name is concerned the least. So don't worry

yes,you should fill new application form for april session of jee mains 2019.the application form will be available from 7 feb 2019 to 8th march 2019.fill the form carefully,if you make any mistakes then also it is okay.you'll have the correction window facility between 11 to 15 march 2019.but fill carefully.
