Hi

I am assuming you from general category

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

When we go through previous data then

With 600 marks,

Your chance for top college like Madras Medical College, Chennai is low, for Instance in 2019 its cut off was 618 marks for general

You have chances in following government medical colleges under Tamilnadu State which are listed below  along with their Neet 2019 cut off:-

  • Madurai Medical College, Madurai:- 544 marks

  • Government Medical College, Omandurar Estate, Chennai:- 531 marks

  • Government Mohan Kumarmangalam Medical College, Salem :- 536 marks

And a few more

You can check the same at

Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks because  it vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks

You have not mentioned your category so assuming that you are from general category according to the previous year cut off marks the cut off for various colleges are as follows
1. Chengalpattu Medical College, Chengalpattu - 592 marks
2. Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore - 607 marks
3. Madras Medical College, Chennai - 640 marks
4.Stanley Medical College, Chennai - 617 marks
5. Kanyakumari Government Medical College, Asaripallam - 594
So according to the marks you have scored you have good chances to get seat in govt medical colleges
