No, as of now arts student are not eligible for B tech courses.

Recently, AICTE had made physics chemistry and mathematics not compulsory in order to be eligible for be your BTech. And as per new rule to be eligible for BE/BTech, one needs to pass 12th with at least 45 % in aggregate of any of 3 subjects listed below  :-
*Physics,
*Mathematics,
* Chemistry,
* Computer Science,
* Electronics,
*Information Technology,
*Biology,
* Informatics Practices,
* Biotechnology,
*Technical Vocational subject,
* Engineering Graphics,
* Business Studies,
* Entrepreneurship.

But AICTE has not made it compulsory for engineering colleges to offer admission in BE/Btech as per above rule. It has just provided engineering institution an option to offer btech courses to student not having physics chemistry and Maths by offering a bridge course to them.

So, as of now there's no engineering college , to provide admission in be/btech to Arts student.

-) Qualification required :- to be eligible  for JEE mains  for BE or Btech you need 10+2/equivalent qualification with Physics,  mathematics as compulsory subject along with anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject.

-) Passing year :- one is eligible for JEE main examination for consecutive three years starting from the year of appearing for 12th /equivalent examination i. e to be eligible  for JEE mains 2021 you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent  in 2021 or should have passed it in 2020 or 2019

-) There is no age limit to be eligible

-) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main.
