You should have studied Physics at 10+2 level to pursue B.Sc Physics. Now, Bi.P.C has Botany, Zoology, Physics and Chemistry. So you are eligible to study B.Sc Physics. With Bi.P.C as yiur stream in your Intermediate, you can also study B.Sc in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry other than Physics.
