yes it is possible to quit one course and join another full time course. to admission in bachelor of technology course, the eligibility criteria is candidates must complete 12th course from a recognized education board with physics, chemistry and mathematics. admission is based on entrance test score and 12th score , you have to prepare for entrance exams like jee main, state wise entrance exams and Institutional entrance test. however you must meet the eligibility criteria and age criteria for appear in exam.
