Sometimes a minimal processing fee might be deducted from the refund amount and that amount varies with each college , so you should better contact the administration office to know more. Regardless of this , I suggest you to carefully go through their refund policy to get a clear understanding. Anyways, you do not have to worry much because no institution is allowed to ask for full course payment after a student cancels admission, most probably you may be asked to pay the fee for that particular semester, that too if you approach them for withdrawal of admission after a given deadline according to their refund policy. Hence read about the refund policy and contact them directly regarding this issue. Also remember that no institution is allowed to withhold a students original documents under any circumstance according to governmental rule .
