With 461 marks and belonging to obc category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in Karnataka. As per previous year the minimum cut off of Karnataka for obc under state quota was 338 marks of Raichur institute of medical sciences.here are few colleges of Karnataka with previous year cut off for obc
