Call NATA helpline 1800 266 6282. The last date is March 2. The file size may be the problem. We had one such issue. The file size must be between 4 KB to 100 KB and dimesions of the photo must be 4.5 x 3.5. Use an online tool to resize or ask a photo studio fellow or a friend to help out
