You can apply for fees reimbursement if you are eligible for getting fees reimbursement then you can avail fees reimbursement. But your parent income should be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs for your BC Category. You need to apply for Scholarship only then you can get Scholarship. In the Allotment Letter you'll get zero fees if you are eligible for it.
