No there are no chances of you getting the NIT seat or the government colleges like IIIT/ GFTI. To get a seat in NIT you have to score above 95 percentile even if you belong to the EWS category. 84 percentile means your rank would be around 2 lac or something so it is very very difficult for you to get the seat.
