It  might be possible to get an admission still it depends on lots of factors. Cutoff marks might be low but there is even a rank cutoff for pwd candidates and if you score that much rank then only you will get an admission. as there will be lots of candidate in this category and it is still competitive.

Chances are still there so don't worry and just do your studies and give your best. rule for admission is simple:- if your category rank satisfies the rank cutoff kept by any NIT campus then you will get an admission in the respective NIT.
