Yes you can join through management seat.Consider this as a suggestion.If the rank is too low that you won't get a seat in the college you wish for then its only through management seat, within your state or any other state.So,i think you are talking about A1 global institute of engineering and technology.This is a private institute which accepts EAMCET.You can also get a seat there as this is private college so try to get under management seat by referral.
