iam fail in board and give second time and second time i got 90% and also i crack neet . then my second try of board and neet i got medical College for mbbs?

Hello

Yes , even if you fail at your 1st attempt in 12th examination but pass it in 2nd attempt then yes you will be eligible for neet examination provided you get a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories .
And if you managed to clear neet examination as well, then yes you can get a seat in medical college too.
