No! The APOSS, a distance education system launched by AP government is restricted within state only and for those who can provide resident certificate. If you want to pursue your education in distance mode you can do it through TOSS (Telangana open school society). Telangana government had earlier announced that those who pass through TOSS are eligible for all TS common entrance tests, So this would be a great option for you.
