Your best chance is go for lower and self financed institutions for getting into your desired branch of EEE.

For top-tier colleges like MIT or PSG Tech, your community rank might be slightly on the higher side.

You should:

• Apply to a wide range of colleges, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 options. r
• Tack Round 1, 2, and sliding round cutoffs as ranks often shift.
• Keep backup choices for EEE-equivalent branches like ECE or EIE.
