it would be nice if you could say in which exam are you 23 out of 100. assuming it is entrance exam, it is really difficult. though there are not many mtech students, you are really low in mark. so it is very difficult. but if you have luck and there are more vacancy, you might get a seat.

so apply for it and wait. dont get disappointed if you are rejected.
