 With a rank of 70,000 in JEE main , you may get into government institutions .For  NIT ( not the top NIT's ) you may try but it's a little difficult as  the rank may not be satisfy their requirements . Apart from this you may apply to private universities which are equally good . You may apply to Vellore University , Manipal University and other private ones.

Let it be NIT , private universities or government colleges that you get into, it is your persistence effort and hard work that will gain you good results. College name is just a brand added to you . So make sure you put in your efforts as well

Actually it is a difficult to tell you which college you will get as it is too early to answer this question now.

Many colleges are there but then it depends if you are looking for any specific department in some college you might get it in.
