Considering 2019 cut off in round 7 you have slight chances of getting seat in Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Design and Manufacturing the cut off rank was 5541  for other state EWS category but the chances are less. And it is difficult to get seat in NITs and IIITs with such rank considering 2019 cut off. But cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.
