Medical Council of India has been clearly mentioned the disability of hearing impairment which will enable a student to be eligible for NEET UG exam.
The hearing impairment up to 40 and greater than 40 is treated as the disability which is eligible for appearing NEET UG exam.
classification according to the degree of hearing impairment or deafness . One of the degree is moderate degree is vary from 41 to 47% dB hearing whichis treated as the eligibility for appearing in NEET UG exam.
So you have to get a disability certificate from the the respective authority approved by MCI of Medical Council of India as mentioned as the category mentioned above.

Well I guess you are looking for the PWD quota then you need to get your PWD that is person with disability certificate prepared and then submit the same during the registration process for neet exam. The certificate is very important to get the benefits of the said quota.
