Hello Shivam, No, if you have not qualified the 12th board exams then you can't take admission in any of the colleges offering BSc Nursing course. The minimum criteria for any of the BSc Nursing colleges are to score at least 45% marks in 12th board exams with science stream. As you have not qualified the exams, I fear you won't get admission in any of the colleges.
