The answer is yes you can get admission in the state colleges. As all colleges have a 15 % AIQ in which there is reservation for OBC. You will only be able to secure this seat in AIQ through your reservation. This will also depend on the competition of the students to get admission in the same college. Also This is applicable across the country.
