Congratulations on securing good ranks. I think you can get NIT warangal quite easily. For OBC quota , the starting rank is around 755 for CS engineering and will vary for different courses. I'll attach a link below where you can check cutoff trends of 2018 curriculum year . Mostly, you can't expect drastic changes in cutoff trends.

the cutoff marks for OBC NCL is 49 and moreover you have pwd category also then your chances increases more to get an Admission in NIT.

if you have marks more than 49 then you can get an admission there.
