So with regard to your query, NO you cannot study in Telangana Law Colleges, if you had qualified the APLAWCET exam. In order to get seat or admission in the law colleges of Telangana you need to write the TSLAWCET, which will be conducted every year by the authorities of the Telangana State.

However, if you wish to study law course in any private university of Telangana, then there is no need for you to write the LAWCET exam.
