Hello Rajesh , It's good to prepare for NEET from 10 only.  You have much more time to clear your doubt and concepts. For NEET,  base of the syllabus is your 11 th and 12 th.  All the questions are Based on PCB(Physics , Chemistry and Biology)  from 11 th and 12th. So you can clear your concepts in 11 th and 12 th for NEET also. You have to use NCETR books for the preparation of NEET. make a list of syllabus topics first before starting study.  Along with that you can make use of NEET books also,  this is available in market. Best part is to solve previous year question paper. You can make use of video lectures to clear you concepts. This is important because you have to clear concepts,  never mug points.

and remember one thing time management is most important to clear exam with good marks. so try to solve multiple question papers by setting time.
