IBPS Po is one of those exams opted by most of the candidates who are looking for banking sector jobs. There will be three rounds in IBPS Po selection- Prelims, Main and Interview. After cleaning the first two, you'll be directed to Interview section. Here you'll be judged by your intelligence and personality, definitely not by your looks.
