ICFAI (Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India) university is a deemed university under the section of 1956 of UGC act.
It is not approved by AICTE, but is approved by UGC , DEC , NCTE and BCI.

Overall yes it is recognized and you can pursue your management studies.
