Zheel, NTA has released a notification regarding filling All India Quota. NTA has clarified that Candidates are eligible for All India Quota irrespective of your choice under the State of Eligibility field. You can fill in any State or Union Territory against this choice. It can be your Class 12 School State, or Home State, etc. So you can select any State here in this field. So let's say for example, you filled UP in that field but you want to attend Maharashtra NEET Counselling, if you hold domicile of Maharashtra, you can attend.
