if a candidate has passed 10 and 10+2 from delhi and residing in haryana.can he get the benefit of haryana domicile in neet exam

According to National Medical Council which organises their entrance examination named National Eligibility cum Entrance Test every year, 85% of seats in each state is reserved for the domiciliary of that state. In case you don't reside in the city, but your parents have lived there for at least 10  years and if they can provide legal proof of that, yes you are eligible to avail the benefits of Haryana domicile.

yes, dear, you get to benefit from Haryana domicile. Domicile actual mean is a person is said to have a domicile in a country in which he/she is considered to have his/her permanent home. It doesn't matter which state you are studying, it is proof of permanent residence.
