Hello Rameshwar,  As per your query i would like to tell you as per NEET rules and regulations the  attempt is counted the one in which you register for NEET . it doesn't matter that you will appear or not.

Hello Rameshwar,

Once you complete the online application process and NEET approves your application after debiting fees from your account then you are application is counted even though you don't attempt.
