If a person belong to Multiple disability then under which category he fall

Hi,

A "person with benchmark disability," as defined by Section 2(r) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act of 2016, is someone who has not less than 40% of a specified disability, as certified by the certifying authority.

That person will broadly be classified in Pwd category, and in that category choose the option which is more serious condition or you have medical records as proof.

I have 30% visual and 20% locomotor disabilities. So under which category I will fall wether in PWD1,2,3,4,5
