Hello,
If aspirant visual ability 40% or more than this then he or she is not eligible for NEET examination. Now if his/her visual disability is less than 40% then eligible so he or she is belongs to ph category. Now ph cutoff every year is differ in NEET. Last year 2020 ph general candidate cutoff 146-129 and ph obc/sc/st candidate cutoff 128-113. So if you want to get government college then you have to minimum score in 300 then you will get a chance for government medical college.
