Dear student, a person with 9.8 in Ipe and 55 marks in EAMCET examination will definitely get a better rank than a person with 7.83 in Ipe and 55 marks in EAMCET examination. It is so because the IPe marks are also taken into consideration while allotting ranks via Eamcet counselling
