Yes, you can get migrated to other college in direct 2nd year after completing first year in another college but you can only do that if your last college allows you to migrate from their college to other college and the base subjects of both the colleges must be similar. Also it will depend on the total number of vacant seats available in that other college. If all these conditions are checked you can get admission in other college without any problem. Sorry but you can’t just leave one college and get admission in other college in this case they won’t allow you admission in 2nd year. Because that result of last year will not count when you left that college in between.
