Hello student,Yes, a dyslexics child can take a help of a teacher or other or of other scribe who will help him or her to transcript  his or her answer on the answer sheet of the examination. He will be allowed only  by, producing  proper and prior evidence of disability

Dyslexic child can get help of computer word processing program    or allowed to take a scribe who will help him to transcript his answers on the clean papers. These scribe may be of a teacher or may be an adult person who can help the special child to writing their answers also on the  ander  papers sheet. This help may be taken for improvement of examination for the the total process of examination for writing the answers.

Hope this helps.
