If a student gets 250 marks belonging to obc category from Tamil nadu... Is it possible to get medical seat?

No you won't be getting government seat in MBBS or BDS. The score is way too low to get a seat in any government medical college. And since the cut-off for OBC is just as good as that of the unreserved category, the minimum score required would be 500.
