However, please note:
CLAT does not have a separate “Telangana state quota.”
Reservation is given based on category , not on the state, except in some NLUs that offer domicile (state) reservation for their own state students.

Yes, you can apply if you are a student from Telangana for reservation in CLAT. categories of SC, ST, OBC EWS, or PwD can apply anywhere in India.
But, if you want a state quota, it will work only for NALSAR Hyderabad as it is in Telangana. You cannot use Telangana's domicile quota in NLUs of other states.
