Yes you can redownload it any time from the official website. Just log in with your credentials i.e. username and password and there will be a option available for downloading admit card.

Just make sure to download it before 2-3 days of the exam as server may get down because of which you will not able to download it so just download it 2-3 days prior to the exam.
