Yes, Aligarh Muslim university accepts admissions based on neet scores. There are three categories

• Management quotas
• Institutional seats
• NRI

A score of 530 or above would get you a seat there in institutional quota and 560 or above in the management quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
