James, The latest information that we have is that CBSE exams have been cancelled. The CBSE exams that have been scheduled for July 1st to 5th have been cancelled as per CBSE's decision. The same has been conveyed to the Supreme Court as well. Students have an option to appear in the examination only if they wish to. But if they do not wish to appear for the examination, then their performance in the last 2 examinations will be considered to grant them marks.  And CBSE informed the Supreme Court its assessment scheme. According to that, those students who have completed all their CBSE exams will be assessed based on their performance in the exams. Those who appeared for more than 3 or more subjects the average of the marks secured in the best of the 3 will be given to those subjects for which exams have not been conducted. And those students who have written just 1 or 2 subjects, the results will be declared on the  basis of their internal, practical or project assessments for the subjects they haven't written the examinations.  And if students want to appear for the exams, they can do so when they are conducted. ICSE might have a slightly changed model and Supreme Court has agreed to that. And amid all this the Centre has not taken any decision regarding NEET and JEE Mains scheduled for July.  So we still need to wait to hear from them.

MHRD did announce that Neet ug 2020 exam may be postponed. Earlier, NTA announced the exam date - July 26, 2020. As per the Ministry of Human Resource and Development, a notice will be released within few days. The hearing was postponed to June 25. It is highly expected that both the Jee Main and Neet 2020 are likely to be postponed as the covid cases are increasing rapidly. But it won't be cancelled. We don't have clear information as such. There might be an official statement regarding anytime soon. Please wait to hear this from MHRD. As of now, Neet is scheduled on July 26 until MHRD releases any notice regarding this. At this point of time, all news regarding Neet and Jee Main are speculative. So keep checking the official website and news.
