If any OBC candidate makes a good score ( 650+) in NEET, he would be switched in Gen. Category or he would remain in OBC (in state quota)?

He/she would remain in OBC quota. Your score will not decide your category.

You should have your category certificate with you. That certificate is a proof to your category being an OBC candidate.

Score good!!!

Best of luck!!

That means the candidate would be counted in 27%  quota reserved for OBC in the entire process of his admission?

Dear Sir/Ma'm, whatever your category you have mentioned at the time of filling up the NEET form, that very category will be taken into consideration for the whole duration till the counseling wnd admission into any college of your choice. Hope this helps.

But isn't there a criterion that if a person scores more than the cutoff of general category, he would be given the seat in that, irrespective of his own category? Or this rule has been changed in the recent times?
