Hello..Heeya Sharma

Well no the admission or seat is only allotted to only those student who clear or have greater marks than the cutoff. Only these students can get chance for admission either in councelling or spot round councelling. Those student who have less marks less than the cutoff they only get admission when the cutoff are dropped by the college due to large no of vacant seats.
