yes your latest marks will be considered if you have appeared improvement exam. There won't be any issue.

Eligibility critiera for BITSAT is:-

1. candidate must have minimum 75% in 12th having physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics.
2. in each subject for PCM/B, minimum 60% or more should be secured by the candidate.
3. Candidate should have english proficiency.
