See the admissions based on the talk of any agent via donation or something else doesn't works totally. Now if it is like that anywhere then it totally depends upon the agent hierarchical level whether he/she needs to go to abroad along with the student Or not. It totally depends upon the agent and his/her connections. So better ask this thing to your agent to whom you're gonna contact for admission.
