There is no difference in getting job and placement after BCA with BPC background in 12th science course. They can get job as like other student with science  as background even they have no mathematics in  12th syllabus for B IPC student. Digit Ajay Vaishnav all has other student with science background. They can get job as: Data scientist

They can do MBA

Become a cybersecurity officer

Deccan do also MCA after their degree BCA.
