Yes you can Register under UR Category or General Category, you don't need any Certificate to get a Seat under UR Category. But Please first mention what's your registered category in NTA NEET-UG form? Is it Reserved or General? Because in Categories further modifications are not allowed. So if you have filled reserved category in your NTA NEET-UG form then you have to fill same category in Counselling registration form, if you don't have your Reserved Category Certificate then do not worry, you can obtain it now, you have to Download the form of your Category Certificate from the Brochure of NTA-NEET UG or Counselling Scheme Brochure given on MCC website, the detailed information given in both the brochure, if you belong to OBC (NCL) or SC/ST/PwD you can download that form from Brochure and fill it and get it signed by Respective Authorities. If you are from EWS and don't have certificate then you can fill your Category as a General. And Still you are confused then I will advise you to contact on Helpline numbers of MCC given in the "Counselling Scheme Brochure" on the website of MCC.

If you wish to register for counselling under any specific reserved category (SC,ST etc.) then make sure you have the required documents along with the valid caste certificate.

In case you can not produce the valid caste certificate then you can and you should register in open category. In such case your open category rank will be considered and you will be given admission on basis of that.
