Yes, all CBSE schools follow the same syllabus. Only the way they teach differs.

As for as study materials are concerned, recently CBSE mandated that only NCERT textbooks are to be followed from the academic year 2017–18.

Well U need to have proper strategy to kill the exams . Remember that u need to do smart work not just hard work. U should know how much to devote to each subjects as well as each topic. Everything need not to be covered
