your application will get rejected then and there. Don't think like this, if you are not able to do this or that what will happen.

It is not difficult to prepare EWS certificate. It will be get done with a week. It gets expired within 6 months. So don't make it now. You can make it in the month of may as that time the exam will be conducted. After completion of exam, you are free. at that time you can go to the government office and apply for it.
