There is some management quota in every institute, all you need is sources. But you must definitely register yourself and be present at the time of counselling. For further information you must also contact the college authorities , as they would be the one to provide you with the procedure and all other stuff.

Otherwise it's better to go on merit basis, there is still enough time, keep on practicing.
